Connect Labs Phoenix

As an Operations Associate at Connect Labs Phoenix, you will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations and site activities. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager and Lab Manager, acting as a key point of contact for resident companies. Your goal is to enhance their daily experiences through proactive and innovative customer service. This role demands a welcoming, problem-solving approach, with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle diverse tasks and projects efficiently. As an Operations Associate, you will exercise a high degree of autonomy in your work, with your final products reviewed by the Relationship Manager and Lab Manager. Your responsibilities will span concierge services, facility support, and direct lab assistance, ensuring a collaborative and thriving atmosphere for the Connect Labs community. This position reports to the Lab Manager, Connect Labs Phoenix.

Responsibilities

  • • Manage guest relations and package deliveries.
    • Assist with meeting room and shared equipment requests.

  • • Facilitate client-focused events.
    • Maintain stock of kitchen and office supplies.
    • Handle maintenance and service requests.
    • Coordinate with property management and outside vendors.

  • • Conduct equipment training and familiarize staff with lab procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain office and lab equipment.
    • Manage sponsor programming and engagement.

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000/year
